Our Return Policy
We will accept any product in its original package for up to 30 days from the date of shipment. Sorry, but we cannot accept any returns on pesticides/insecticides if they have been opened. Before returning any product, include a copy of your sale receipt in the returned package. We charge a 20% restocking fee for all returned orders plus any shipping cost. We cannot accept foggers back for refunds when the unit has been used with any type of chemical. Before using a chemical through the fogger, use water in the ULV units or mineral oil through the thermal units to verify for your application.
